- The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, with the term counted from the moment the books are delivered to the customer.
- In order to withdraw from the sales contract, you must submit a statement of withdrawal by email (to info@startpo lish.pl).
- The customer is also obliged to return the books immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send back the Goods to the Seller’s address: START Agnieszka Małyska, ul. Siedlecka 37a m. 26, 03-768 Warsaw – before the deadline.
- The Seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, return to the Customer all payments made by the Customer, including the cost of delivery of goods to the Customer.
- The customer also has the right to exchange ordered books for other books.
